Enrolling in Benefits
Benefits coverage for full-time employees begins on the date of hire, and you have 30 days to elect your benefits or make changes after a Qualified Life Event.
Eligible Dependents
When you enroll yourself in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, you may also cover your eligible dependents, including:
- Your legal spouse or qualified domestic partner
- Children under the age of 26, regardless of student, dependency or marital status
- Children who are past the age of 26 and are fully dependent on you for support due to a mental or physical disability and who are indicated as such on your federal tax return
Enroll
- Select New User Registration.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, Company Identifier, Last 4 Digits of your SSN, and Date of Birth.
- Update your personal information and add your dependents.
- Complete the enrollment for each – Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, and AD&D.
Enrolling on the ADP Mobile App
To use the ADP Mobile app in your preferred language, switch the language in your device settings, and the app will adapt to it automatically.
Note: If your language is not supported, it will default to English.
To start enrolling in benefits, log in to the app using your existing credentials for ADP Workforce Now®.
If you haven’t created an account yet, follow the step-by-step instructions below to get registered.
You’ll be able to register using a registration code or with your identity information.
More information and detailed instructions can be found here.
Making Changes After Open Enrollment
After Open Enrollment ends, you cannot change your benefits and will have to wait until the next Open Enrollment—unless you experience a Qualified Life Event (such as marriage, birth, or loss of coverage).
Common Qualified Life Events Include
- Marriage
- Welcoming a new child
- Loss of coverage
- Leave of absence
- Loss or change in employment
